Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Incubator App and Hatch Tracker Pro handle your information.

1. Scope and who we are

Hatch Tracker Pro ("Hatch Tracker Pro," "we," "us," or "our") is the developer and operator of Incubator App, the Hatch Tracker Pro mobile application, website, web application, connected-incubator features, and related support services (together, the "Services").

This Privacy Policy applies when you use the Services, create or manage an account, connect an incubator, submit a form, or contact support. By using the Services, you acknowledge the practices described in this policy.

2. Information we collect

We collect only information reasonably needed to provide, secure, and improve the Services. Depending on the features you use, this may include:

Account and profile data

Your name, email address, phone number, password in protected form, language, role, country, region, time zone, and account identifiers.

Hatchery and business data

Hatchery name, address, logo, incubator details, capacities and settings, batch and species records, hatch results, inventory, supplier or customer records, sales, payments, bookings, and other records you choose to enter.

Incubator and sensor data

Connected-device identifiers, connection status, temperature and humidity readings, alarms, turning or fan settings, timestamps, and device health or diagnostic events.

Files and content

Logos, product or species images, profile information, messages, notes, and other content you upload or submit.

Support and communications

Messages sent through support chat, contact forms, email, or phone, together with the contact details you provide and our response history.

Technical and usage data

IP address, app version, browser or device type, operating system, language, session and security events, pages or features used, crash information, and diagnostic logs.

Notification data

Push-notification tokens and your notification preferences so we can deliver incubator alarms, reminders, and service messages you enable.

Device permissions

Incubator App may request notification permission to deliver alerts. If you choose to upload an image, the app may ask you to select a file or use your camera for that specific action. Permission access is limited to the feature you request, and you can change permissions in your device settings.

We do not use Incubator App to collect your contacts, SMS messages, call logs, or precise GPS location. Country, region, address, and time-zone information is provided by you or your organization.

3. How we use information

We use information to:

  • Create, authenticate, and administer accounts and hatchery workspaces.
  • Connect incubators, display sensor readings, detect issues, and send alarms or reminders.
  • Provide hatchery operations, batch, inventory, customer, supplier, booking, sales, and reporting features.
  • Process user requests, provide support, and communicate about the Services.
  • Maintain reliability, prevent fraud or misuse, troubleshoot errors, and protect users and the Services.
  • Analyze performance and improve features and user experience.
  • Comply with law, enforce our agreements, and protect legal rights.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use personal or sensitive user data for third-party advertising.

4. How we share information

We may share information only as needed in the following circumstances:

  • Within your hatchery: authorized owners, administrators, and team members may access information in the same hatchery workspace according to their roles.
  • Service providers: vendors that provide cloud hosting, database and file storage, push-notification delivery, communications, customer support, security, error monitoring, and related infrastructure may process information for us under contractual or confidentiality obligations.
  • Legal and safety reasons: we may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law or a valid legal request, investigate abuse, enforce our terms, or protect the rights and safety of users, the public, or the Services.
  • Business changes: information may be transferred as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of all or part of our business, subject to appropriate protections and notice where required.
  • With your direction: we may share information when you ask us to or give consent.

We require service providers to process data only for the services they provide to us and to apply appropriate safeguards.

5. Data security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. These include encrypted network connections, password hashing, authentication controls, access restrictions, role-based permissions, system monitoring, backups, and security logging where appropriate.

No storage or transmission method is completely secure. You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential, using a strong password, and promptly notifying us if you suspect unauthorized access.

6. Data retention

We retain account and service data while your account is active and for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, maintain security, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal, tax, accounting, or regulatory obligations. Individual records may remain until you or an authorized administrator deletes them.

When an account-deletion request is verified, we begin deleting or anonymizing personal information associated with the account. We normally complete this process within 30 days. Limited information may be retained longer when required by law, necessary for security or fraud prevention, or contained in protected backups. Backup copies are removed through our normal backup cycle, generally within 90 days, and are not used for ordinary business purposes.

7. Delete your account and data

You may request permanent deletion of your Incubator App account and associated personal data at any time. Send an email from the address registered to your account to ahasanul.hadi@gmail.com with the subject “Incubator App account deletion request.”

Include your account email and hatchery name. We may ask you to verify ownership before deletion to protect your data. Once verified, we will delete or anonymize your account, profile, hatchery workspace data under your control, uploaded content, and associated service records, except information we must retain for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or accounting reasons as described above.

Deleting Incubator App from your device does not delete your account. Account deletion is permanent and may also remove access for other users if you are the hatchery owner. If other authorized users or legally required business records are involved, we will explain the available deletion or transfer options before completing the request.

8. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, object to or restrict certain processing, withdraw consent, or delete your personal information. You can update certain account details in the Services or contact us to make a request.

You can manage push notifications and camera or photo permissions through your device settings. Disabling a permission may prevent the related feature from working. We may need to verify your identity and authority before fulfilling a privacy request.

9. International processing

Your information may be processed in countries where we or our service providers operate. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers and protect information as described in this policy.

10. Children’s privacy

The Services are intended for hatchery and poultry-business operators and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us so we can investigate and delete it.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as our Services or legal obligations change. We will post the revised policy at this URL, update the “Last updated” date, and provide additional notice in the Services when required.
